This product is supplied with 10× concentrate and easy for transportation. Dilute to 1× working buffer and add 0.1% Tween 20 to enhance elution capacity.

The greater the concentration of Agarose, the better the separation performance of short DNA; conversely, the smaller the concentration of Agarose, the more favorable for the separation of long DNA.*
